Full Face Guard Reverse Holo 148/203 Evolving Skies Pokemon Card (Smudge Error)

Error Description:
Card has a big smudge on the foil pattern in the text box. Not sure how this was caused. Haven't seen any like it. You can tell it happened turning printing since the black ink appears over the smudge - not created by rubbing acetone on it.
